Healthy eating: eat with a balanced menu complete with carbohydrate, good fat, protein, vitamin, mineral, and fibrous food. Each much fruits and vegetables!

There is something to avoid: avoid eating any fried and high sugar-containing food, yellow part of egg since it contains bad fat, shrimp, sea cucumber, oyster, crab, bowels, brain, and heart that contains high cholesterol, as well as red meat,. Eat more fish and skinless chicken.

Adequate portion: don’t be lose control when looking at snacks and food, approaching the time to breakfast. And don’t eat in excess at time of breaking fast. Fasting means passion and self control.

For diet: ideally, after doing fasting we will minimally lose one to two kilos, for ideal weight owners, they will neither lose or nor gain weight. Let alone for overweight persons, one-month fasting is supposed to be able to reduce weight until three kilos.

Regular sports: do light sports simply for sake of maintenance, one to one and a half hours prior to the time to break fasting for maximally thirty minutes is sufficient.

Continuation: the function of fasting as detoxifier would be utterly better if implemented in daily life, for instance one-or-two-time fasting in a week.
