Every human being spends one-fourth till one-third of his life having a sleep. It means that if you are now twenty years of age, you spend at least five years having a sleep.
Having asleep is of cardinal importance for human beings. On having a sleep, body organs have a rest and broken body cells also undergo the so-called natural healing mechanism or betterment. Lactate acid (the cause of exhaustion) is also neutralized in time of sleeping therefore on getting up, body feels remarkably refreshed. Sufficient sleep can also stabilize emotion. Insufficient sleep will cause a decreasing level of motivation, concentration, accuracy, creativity and work productivity.
Almost every human being has ever had troubles of sleep. One of the three people is reported to have troubles of sleep and so is one of the nine people.
Insomnia is a continuous trouble of sleep (more than ten days). It falls into three kinds, namely sleep onset insomnia (difficulty in having a sleep), sleep maintenance insomnia (always having a night watch) and early awakening insomnia (always getting up earlier than expected). At least there are four factors leading to insomnia:
Physical hindrances
A few physical diseases can give rise to insomnia, for instance asthma, rheumatic, fever, maag, kidney disease and thyroid. Undoubtedly these diseases must be first overcome. For asthma sufferers, their sultry close must be cured, for rheumatic sufferers, their pains must be cured first and so forth.
Mental hindrances

• Avoid any other on-bed activities unrelated to sleeping, for instance: eating or working. Use a bed only for sleep and sex. This is supposed to be able to make you at home with a habit that a bed is just to sleep.
In addition to dealing with the causes of insomnia above, you’d better try setting your sleeping pattern as stable as possible. Have a sleep and get up at the same time every day in spite of holidays. Stick to the schedule so that your sleeping pattern can be renormalized.
There is no harm in learning some relaxation techniques. You may try a ‘yoga’ or meditation. Some people even do certain things (sometimes quite illogical) to obtain this relaxed situation.

2. Counting goats
3. Sleeping to the north
4. Moving toes repeatedly
5. Caressing stomach
6. Taking a deep breath
7. Fancying something beautiful
8. Sex
9. Counting down
10. Listening to the radio until falling asleep

Seeping pill belonging to benzodiazepine is of two kinds:
1 Short part time (triazolam and zolpidem), for those who have difficulties having a sleep
2 Long part time (estazolam, temazepam and lorazepam), for those who undergo interrupted sleeps.
