Breakfast for this group is a meal with the lowest daily content of calorie, namely only 290 calories with 7 grams of carbohydrate.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Meanwhile women with high calorie-containing breakfast are given a daily total of calorie up to 1,340 –with a low portion of fat but high carbohydrate and protein. On this group, breakfast holds 610 calories with 58 grams of carbohydrate., lunch holds 395 calories and dinner 235 calories.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Within four months on, women with low carbohydrate breakfast seem much better. Their body mass fall averagely up to twenty-eight pounds in comparison with those having high carbohydrate breakfast that lose only twenty-three pounds. However after eight months, the situation becomes a contradiction in which the average body mass of the low carbohydrate group gains eighteen pounds, on the other hand, that of the high carbohydrate group loses 16,5 pounds. In average, the high carbohydrate group loses one-fifth of their total body mass, whereas the low carbohydrate group loses less than five percent.</p>
